Senior leadership notices those who work collaboratively — so you should also be thoughtful in your interactions with others. Whether you are giving a presentation, working on a group project, or having a difficult conversation with your boss, it’s important to know your audience and prepare how you will communicate with them in advance. Finally, don’t be afraid to raise your hand and ask to participate in opportunities that could help you grow.

Learny from my Flow mistake: add a check for IsSandbox when building a Flow with Outbound Messages. Scenario: Flow 1: if an opportunity sits in a Stage for too long change the stage Flow 2: send an Outbound Message with the new Opportunity info Zap: update Jira Issue Problem: no one updated the Opportunity in our Partial Sandbox for too long...so the stage was changed, outbound message created, and Jira Issue changed. For some reason I couldn't reference Organization.IsSandbox as a global variable to put this in the entrance criteria, so instead I added a Get Records on Organization object, and then a decision based on the outcome. If anyone has a different way of doing this please let me know. There is an idea to have outbound messages have a toggle like email deliverability. #salesforce #flows | 34 comments on LinkedIn
