Now

What I'm focused on right now.

Work

About two months in as Technical Enablement Manager at Factory Software. Still mostly listening: sitting in on customer conversations, learning where projects get stuck, and finding out what our consultants need to grow.

Writing

Three posts went up in September: how I work, the books I give new consultants, and what changed moving from CRM to industrial software. The next one is in progress.

Inspired by

Dutch Design Week in Eindhoven with my wife. Hundreds of projects, and the one we kept talking about on the drive home was Beacons of Hope by Rive Roshan: glass, mirrors, and a kinetic light structure breathing in slow motion.

Listening

Northern Exposure by Sasha and John Digweed. What I played lately.

Watching

Carrie on Prime Video.
